Green peach breakfast smoothie
Yields: 1 serving Prep time: 10 minutes Blend time: 2 minutes
1 small ripe banana
1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
1 cup loosely packed torn kale
1 (6 ounce) container low-fat peach blended yogurt (Stonyfield brand preferred)
3 ice cubes
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the order listed above into a blender and puree until smooth and ice cold.
For best results, puree the ingredients in a Nutri Ninja.
