Bruceton Road lane restrictions to begin next week in Henry Clay Township
PennDOT District 12 would like to inform motorists of single-lane restrictions on Bruceton Road from Route 281 to the West Virginia Line in Henry Clay Township, beginning Monday, May 22.
The restrictions will occur Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through mid-August, weather and operational dependent, to allow crews to install new drainage structures, widen the road, mill, and resurface the road. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers. Motorists are asked to use caution while driving through the work zone and allow extra travel time.
The work is part of a $3.5 million project involving the widening and resurfacing of Route 281 from near the township municipal line to the Pennsylvania and West Virginia state line. Crews from A. Folino Construction will be performing the work.
