FACT issues updated paratransit service/shared ride policies
Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation has updated policies for its paratransit service and shared ride program.
Qualified riders can still schedule curbside-service appointments two weeks in advance of the desired pickup date, but no later than 2 p.m. on the business day prior to service, provided seating is available. No reservations will be taken after 2 p.m. for next-day service nor will FACT book same-day trips.
