Kula concedes, Stefano wins

Results from Somerset County proved to be insurmountable for Deberah Kula in her bid for the state senate. Republican Pat Stefano had a hefty lead in Somerset and a modest lead in Westmoreland, more than offsetting Kula’s lead in Fayette County.
