Martucci continues lead in Connellsville school board race
With 74 percent of the precincts reporting, incumbent Dan Martucci continues to lead in the Connellsville Area School Board race with 1,264 Democratic votes. Francis Mongell, another incumbent, is not far behind with 1,290 Democratic votes. There are five open seats available. Connellsville businessman Bryan Kisiel, is leading the Republican ticket by a slim margin with 787 votes. Martucci has garnered 776 Republican votes, and incumbent Kevin Lape has garnered 756 Republican votes.
