The Main Street Theatre Company will stage a production of the musical “Godspell” at the State Theatre Center for the Arts in Uniontown at 7 p.m. this Friday and Saturday, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Based on the Gospel of St. Matthew, “Godspell” features music and lyrics written by Stephen Schwartz, who also created the musicals “Wicked” and “Pippin.”
