Waynesburg has a recycling issue

4 min read

Living in a community where there is a magnificently clean and safe environment is the perfect location where people would like to live in. Walking through the town of Waynesburg to go to the local market or shop, there is a lot of trash that can be recycled on the roads and grass hills.

Due to the observations of the town, there is a recycling issue within the town of Waynesburg that needs attention to get fixed. Could you imagine having a cleaner environment by setting up recycling bins around the town of Waynesburg? Adding recycling bins around the town will help significantly with the amount of recyclable trash that is accumulating.

Recycling of trash plays a huge impact within an environment that you live in. Not just setting up recycling bins around the town of Waynesburg for people to recycle helps with the recycling issue. Recycling also helps save trees because plastic bottles are made from trees and they can be recycled.

Could you imagine recycling and helping with saving trees from being cut down? If the town recycles, we can reuse the recyclables again and not have to use trees as much to make plastic. Another way the town of Waynesburg can help with the recycling problem within the town is host recycling awareness days.

The town of Waynesburg could present recycling days throughout the year to the people within the town to help educate them on how important recycling is for the community and the environment. Recycling does not only make a healthy environment but it protects the nature from harm just by throwing a single wrapper or bottle in the recycling bin.

Some people say living a healthy and clean life comes with a cost. Questions might come up like how much will it cost the people to have recycling bins placed in the town and does recycling hurt the environment too. Recycling of trash plays a major role in living a safe environment but the people who oppose to recycling says that it hurts the environment too.

Some say that it costs money to recycle because of recycling pick-up and equipment to recycle the trash. It may cost the people to recycle but recycling purifies the environment because there will be a lot less trash along the roads. People will have to pay to recycle but it’s for a good cause to help improve the environment. Other people might say that they have no time to recycle so they just throw their recycling away in the garbage. Well, if you throw away the recycling in the garbage, then the garbage goes to landfills where the garbage is dumped into. The problem is that if recycling goes into landfills, it doesn’t disintegrate and it pollutes the environment.

Another problem that some people have with recycling is that it uses up and wastes natural resources. The trucks used to pick up the recycling bins and transport them to recycling factories use gas and that costs money. A lot of gas could be used which would be expensive, but the town of Waynesburg would be cleaner if people would recycle their trash.

The addition of about two recycling bins in the town at each end of the town would be convenient and beneficial for the people to throw away their recyclables. The recycling bins would be a one-time cost split among all the people that are living in the town of Waynesburg and a partial amount of their taxes that they have to pay the town will pay for the recycling pick-up. The town hosting recycling days would be the time where all families within the town of Waynesburg bring all their recycling down to the courthouse and educate themselves with facts about how crucial recycling is for the environment, how it is key to living a healthy life, and how it saves nature like trees.

Recycling would add a keen touch to this town of Waynesburg with cleaner roads and a flourishing environment that is safer to live in. Recycling issues within the town would be solved and always taken care of. All the people in the town pitching in together and working as a team to recycle can make Waynesburg more sanitary. The cost to recycle could impact everyone’s lives forever.

Let’s go green and recycle more!
