Colonials defeat Raiders, 69-48, in FCCA tourney
The Albert Gallatin boys bookended strong quarters Saturday night for a 69-48 win over Waynesburg Central in the FCCA Tip-Off Tournament.
The Colonials (1-1) outscored the Raiders in the first and fourth quarters, 37-14. Waynesburg held a slight 34-32 lead in the middle quarters.
Albert Gallatin’s Nate Bricker scored a game-high 26 points. Marques Moore (17) and Tavian Mozie (10) were also in double digits.
Richard Bortz led the Raiders (0-2) with 13 points. Darton McIntire was held below his average with 12 points.
