D.L. Garrett nearly outscored Mapletown by himself Friday night as visiting Jefferson-Morgan cruised to a 65-36 Section 3-A victory at Mapletown.

The Rockets (5-16) finish with a section record of 4-8 and play at Beth-Center Monday night. The Maples end the season at 0-12 and 0-19.

Garrett hit four 3-pointers on his way to a game-high 33 points. Gage Clark added 14.

The Rockets led 26-7 after the first quarter and 45-12 at halftime.

Riley Steward led the Maples with nine points.
