Lady Rockets keep rolling along with 57-18 win
The Jefferson-Morgan girls steadily extended their lead through the first 24 minutes Friday night for a 57-18 non-section win over visiting Bentworth.
The Lady Rockets (18-1) led 13-5 after the first quarter and 31-9 at halftime. Jefferson-Morgan extended the lead to 52-15 at the end of the third quarter.
Nikki Venick scored a game-high 17 points for Jefferson-Morgan. Kayla Yorko and Erin Confortini both scored 11.
Heather Chester led the Lady Bearcats (3-16) with 11 points.
