Lady Mikes fall to Serra Catholic, 54-42

Carmichaels kept it close throughout, but the Lady Mikes were unable to rally Monday night in a 54-42 Section 3-AA loss at Serra Catholic.

The Lady Eagles led 17-13 after the first quarter and extended the advantage to 31-21 at halftime. Serra led 45-32 after three quarters.

The Lady Mikes (2-4, 6-9) won the fourth quarter, 12-9.

Kristina Aeschbacher led Carmichaels with 14 points.

Aaliyah Coleman (17), Rayna Andrews (13), and Gigi Mele-Madigan (11) were in double figures for Serra Catholic.
