Lady Pioneers shut out J-M, 15-0
West Greene invoked the mercy rule in the bottom of the fourth inning Tuesday in dramatic fashion on McKenna Lampe’s long home run as the Lady Pioneers defeated Mapletown, 15-0, in Section 2-A action.
Madison Renner improved to 6-0, allowing just two hits with 11 strikeouts and one walk. She also had a pair of home runs, a single and three RBI.
McKenna Lampe went 4-for-4 with four RBI and four runs scored. Marissa Rode, Madison Lampe and Linzee Stover all had two hits.
Caitlyn Dugan took the loss.聽
