Colonials split matches at Duck Hollow GC

Albert Gallatin played a triangular match Monday at Duck Hollow Golf Club, and although the Colonials split, they won the key Section 2-AAA match against Ringgold.

The Colonials (6-2, 7-3) shot 221, easily defeating the Rams’ scored of 249, though Carmichaels defeated the home team in non-section play, 217-221.

Albert Gallatin’s Aaron Fetzner had two birdies to finish with a 35 on the back nine, playing 36. Cole Bogozzi shot a 40. Jarred Provance (45), Chandler Goodwin (49), and Ethan Davis (52) closed out the scoring.

Seth Callaway was the low man for the Rams (3-5, 3-5) with a 46. Tyler Long and Cole Bianchi both shot 49. Nick Kolano (50) and Dylan Cole (55) also factored in the final score. Trent Gerard’s 59 was not used.

Matt Barrish shot a 38 for the Mikes (6-1, 7-3). Taggart Shea finished with a 42 and Ethan Greene had a 43. Delaney and Remmey Lohr both shot 47. Brad Walker’s 49 was not used.
