Centurions defeat Mapletown, 43-6
Max Pisula threw for three touchdowns and ran for another Friday night to lead Greensburg Central Catholic to a 43-6 non-conference victory over visiting Mapletown.
Pisula had touchdown passes of 37 and 43 yards to Ben Lacarte, and 25 to Brandon Brown for the Centurions (5-2). Pisula completed 5-of-6 passes for 184 yards and ran three times for 38 yards. He also had a 3-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.
Luke Mazowiecki returned a kickoff 75 yards for a touchdown and a punt 44 yards for a score for Greensburg C.C.
The Maples (0-7) avoided the shutout when Lance Stevenson connected with Brandon Donley on a 73-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter.
