Golden Eagles win at Waynesburg Central, 41-6

Michael Daure scored four touchdowns Friday night to lead visiting Keystone Oaks to a 41-6 victory at Waynesburg Central in Tri-County West Conference action.

The Golden Eagles finish with a 3-4 conference mark and 6-4 overall record. The Raiders close with records of 0-8 and 2-8.

Daure scored on runs of 57, 2 and 1 yard in the second quarter. He closed the scoring in the third quarter on a 30-yard run. He finished with 169 yards rushing on only eight carries.

Logan Shrubb had two touchdown passes, both to C.J. Morrow. The pair connected on a 20-yard effort in the second quarter and a 58-yard pass in the third quarter. Shrubb completed 7-of-8 passes for 150 yards. Morrow caught four passes for 114 yards.

Nate Stephenson spotted Waynesburg the early lead when he scored on a 12-yard run for the only points of the first quarter. He carried the ball 23 times for 63 yards.
