Beth-Center quarterback Bailey Lincoski ran for three touchdowns to lead the Bulldogs to a 44-8 victory last Friday night in Interstate Conference action against visiting Carmichaels.

After Dominic Fundy powered the ball to the 1-yard line midway through the first quarter, Lincoski zipped through a gaping hole for the final yard to spot Beth-Center the early 6-0 lead.

The Carmichaels defense came up big on the first play of the second quarter when it stacked up Fundy short of the goal line on fourth down.

However, the Mikes fumbled the ball after moving over the 20-yard line and Lincoski went back to work, sprinting around right end for a 25-yard touchdown run. Fundy added the conversion for a 14-0 lead.

Lincoski was back at it around five minutes later when he scampered 46 yards for his third touchdown of the first half. He tossed the ball to JJ Green for the two-point conversion and a 22-0 lead.

Fundy capped the first half on a 21-yard scoring run with 2:14 remaining. JJ Berish added the point-after for a 29-0 halftime lead.

The Bulldogs’ Devin Dingle took the opening kickoff of the second half 80 yards for a touchdown. Lincoski hit Green for the conversion and a 37-0 lead.

Lincoski gave way to Colby Kuhns in the third quarter and the freshman quarterback hit Green for a 7-yard touchdown pass with 3:35 left in the quarter. Berish hit the PAT for a 44-0 lead.

Lincoski carried the ball six times for 101 yards and completed 5-of-7 passes for 107 yards. Green caught five passes for 86 yards. Fundy led the Bulldogs with 103 yards rushing on 10 carries.

Mike Stewart got the Mikes on the scoreboard on an 82-yard run with 3:18 remaining. He added the two-point conversion.
