Lady Maples shut out West Greene, 3-0

The Mapletown girls volleyball team won for the first time this season Tuesday night, going on the road to defeat West Greene, 3-0, in Section 2-A action.

The Lady Maples won by the scores 25-21, 25-16, 25-16.

Madison Kuis (14) and Sadie McCann (10) had strong defensive efforts for Mapletown (1-2). Taylor Dusenberry had 10 kills and Aliceon Clark finished with nine. Sydney Kuis had a nice all-around performance with 28 assists and 7 aces.
