Bulldogs defeat visiting Rockets, 236-260
The Beth-Center boys golf team had a good stay at home on Chippewa Golf Course on Wednesday, defeating visiting Jefferson-Morgan, 236-260, for a Section 8-AA victory.
Both teams are 2-6 in the section. The Bulldogs improve to 2-8 overall.
Beth-Center’s Noah Wible and Genin King, and the Rockets’ Kyle Clayton shared medalist honors with a 5-over 40.
Anthony Dellapenna shot 49 for the Bulldogs. Dylan Shashura聽 (52) and Leonard Johns (55) closed the scoring rounds. Blake Shashura’s 60 was not used.
Adam Hobe (47), Cameron Cernuska (49), Bryce Bedilion (60), and Sabastian Jellots (64) counted in the final tally for Jefferson-Morgan. Jaggar Jellots’ 75 wasn’t used.
