Highlanders shut out Carmichaels, 55-0
Christian Clutter scored three touchdowns Friday night in McGuffey’s 55-0 victory against visiting Carmichaels in Interstate Conference play.
Clutter scored on runs of 26 and 56 yards, and also had a 22-yard interception return for a score.
Marshall Whipley had a 40-yard touchdown pass to Brendan Crow, and scored on a 67-yard run.
Bryton Johnson (23-yard run), Rocco Falosk (7-yard run), and McKinley Whipkey (2-yard run) also scored for the Highlanders (2-0, 4-0).
