Lady Pioneers breeze to 62-18 home win

The Lady Pioneers sprinted out to a 25-0 lead after the first quarter Monday and West Greene cruised over the final 24 minutes for a 62-18 non-section win over visiting McGuffey.

West Greene (3-0) led 44-10 at halftime.

Elizabeth Brudnock scored a game-high 16 points for the Lady Pioneers. Brooke Barner added 10.

Abby Donnelly led McGuffey (1-2) with seven points.
