Mikes fall on the road at Jeannette, 66-28
Jeannette raced out to a 27-2 lead over visiting Carmichaels Friday night, and then the Jayhawks cruised to a 66-28 victory in Section 2-AA action.聽
Jeannette (3-0, 7-3) led 40-8 at halftime and 56-16 after three quarters.
Drake Long scored six for the Mikes (1-3, 6-4) and Al Cree finished with four.
The Jayhawks’ Jackson Pruitt led all scorers with 14. Zach Crutchman scored 12 and Marcus Barnes added 10.
