Crusaders ‘double up’ visiting J-M, 74-37
The Crusaders pulled away in the second quarter and Bishop Canevin didn’t slow down in the second half Friday for a 74-37 Section 2-A win over visiting Jefferson-Morgan.
Bishop Canevin (3-1, 7-4) built on a 6-point lead in the first quarter for a 24-point advantage at halftime, 45-21. The Crusaders held a 29-16 advantage over the final 16 minutes.
Devin Stoneking led the Rockets (1-2, 2-9) with 16 points.
Aiden Logan (17), Dahvie Montgomery (15), and Nevan Crossey (13) all finished in double figures for Bishop Canevin.
