Lady Falcons beat visiting Waynesburg, 43-35

The Brownsville girls rallied for the halftime lead Monday night and then fended off Waynesburg Central for a 43-35 Section 2-AAA home victory.

The Lady Raiders (1-6, 4-9) led 8-6 after the first quarter, but trailed 20-12 at halftime.

The Lady Falcons (3-4, 7-5) held a slight 23-19 advantage in the second half.

C.P. Miller scored a game-high 14 points for Waynesburg.

Alexis Carson led Brownsville with 12 points.
