Eagles soar over Carmichaels, 81-43

Serra Catholic scored 47 points in the middle two quarters Tuesday night as the visiting Eagles returned home from Carmichaels with an 81-43 Section 2-AA victory.

Serra Catholic (8-0, 12-2) led 17-7, 37-16 and 64-27 at the quarter breaks.

Al Cree led the Mikes (2-6, 8-8) with 11 points. Matthew Barrish added 10.

Jimmy Moon poured in a game-high 30 points for the Eagles. Khalil Smith and Jayden Bristol both scored 12.
