Rohanna, Lopez miss cut by one stroke
As Rachel Rohanna and Lee Lopez improved their play in Thursday蘑菇视频 second round, the projected cut line for the inaugural LPGA Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational lowered.
Rohanna and Lopez finished better ball play with a 5-under 65, but missed the cut at the top 35 and ties by one stroke after a two-round total of 3-under 137. The pair shot 2-over 72 in Wednesday蘑菇视频 alternate shot format.
Nine teams finished at 4-under to make the cut.
French teammates Celine Boutier and Karine Icher, Northern Ireland蘑菇视频 Stephanie Meadow and Italian Giulia Molinaro, and Americans Morgan Pressel and Paula Creamer share the lead after the second round at 10-under 130.

鈥淚t definitely took us a few holes yesterday to realize we needed to play for the other person, but so glad we played together,鈥� said Rohanna. 鈥淚t蘑菇视频 also hard seeing your playing partner struggle when you know it蘑菇视频 up to their game just as much as yours to make money.
鈥淲e had a ton of fun! I kinda feel like we were the local favorites, too. We had a nice cheering section and I didn鈥檛 hear anyone else蘑菇视频 team being chanted, so that was cool!鈥�
Rohanna stays on the road next week, traveling to Rochester, N.Y., for the Symetra Tour蘑菇视频 Danielle Downey Credit Union Classic.
鈥淚鈥檝e played 12 tournaments, one U.S. Open qualifier and about 15 pro-ams since May 6, not bad,鈥� said Rohanna.
