Lady Mikes shut down West Greene, 3-0
The Carmichaels girls volleyball team returned home from West Greene Thursday night with a 3-0 Section 2-A victory.
The Lady Mikes (4-0, 4-0) won by the scores, 25-10, 25-14, 25-12.
Carmichaels’ Ali McGee had a double-double with 19 assists and 12 digs. Taylor Christopher finished with 16 kills and six blocks. Emma Hyatt had nine kills, while Nicole Ludrosky had six. Abbey Fordyce led with nine digs.
Jersey Wise had a team-high seven digs for the Lady Pioneers (1-3, 2-3). London Whipkey finished with six. Kylie Simms had four assists and Paige Taylor led with three kills.
