Carmichaels Women’s Civic Club honors arts contest winners

The Carmichaels Women’s Civic Club recently recognized the winners of the 2024 Arts Contest, “Inspire & Create,” at its annual arts program, which was held at the Carmichaels Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Local artist Patty Barna was the guest speaker.
