Yellow Jackets鈥� Greenlief honored

Waynesburg University sophomore goalkeeper Alexus Greenlief was named the Presidents’ Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this soccer season.

Greenlief made a career-high 17 saves in the Yellow Jackets’ 1-1 tie at Grove City on Oct. 30 in the regular season finale.

Grove City outshot Waynesburg 18-3 in the match but still left with a draw.

Greenlief stopped nine shots in the PAC Tournament quarterfinals in a 3-1 loss to Allegheny.on Saturday.
