Football season fast approaching

The first official day of practice for high school football is Monday, Aug. 11 and the first day of regular-season games, known as Week Zero, will be Friday, Aug. 22. The Mikes traditionally skip Week Zero and open their season on Week One, this year with a non-conference home game against Sto-Rox on Aug. 29.
