High school football practice officially underway

West Greene’s Brice Smith readies himself before running a drill. The first official day of high school football practice was Monday for all area teams. The Pioneers begin their season next Friday with a non-conference game at Waynesburg Central. Smith is one of West Greene’s team captains for the 2025 season.
