Bullskin Twp. Sheetz robbed
Security cameras photographed this man robbing the Sheetz on Route 119 in Bullskin Township at 11 a.m. Monday, state police said.
The man slid the the female store clerk a note demanding money and saying he had a gun and told her he wanted money and that the had a gun, police said.
He held his left hand behind his back as if he was holding a gun, but the clerk told police she never saw a weapon.
The clerk handed over some cash and the man fled on foot. No one was injured.
The suspect is described as white, 6 feet 1 inch tall, about 280 pounds with a heavy build, 25-35 years old with a thin beard and mustache. He was wearing a light blue hat, white T-shirt, black shorts, dark sungalsses and black shoes.
Police ask anyone with information about the robber to call the station at 724-439-7111.
