A Uniontown man and a 15-year-old boy are each facing charges after police allege they assaulted two people at a location on Route 40 in Menallen Township on Tuesday.

Michael Wayne Little Jr., 18, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct and the teen was charged with simple assault and harassment, police said.

Trooper Christina A. Marth said the incident occurred when Little and the teen assaulted two people outside a residence near Menallen School Drive at 12:50 p.m.

Marth said that the victims, who police did not identify, each suffered injuries.

She said that one victim suffered “serious” injuries to the eyes and the other victim suffered an injury to the face and a broken rib as a result of the assault.

The teen was charged in Fayette County Juvenile Court.

Little will face a preliminary hearing at a later date before Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr.

He remains free after posting $50,000 straight cash bond.
