Man charged in assault of woman
A Dunbar man is facing multiple charges after police allege he assaulted a woman while she was holding an 8-month-old child on April 9 in Connellsville.
Connellsville police said Devon Edward Lamanna, 23, of 7 Hazel St. was charged with simple assault, endangering the welfare of children, harassment and disorderly conduct following the incident at a residence on East Fairview Avenue.
Police said that Lamanna got into an argument with an unidentified woman and that during the fight, Lamanna punched the woman repeatedly in the face until she fell to the floor, all while she was holding the baby.
