Uniontown man waives assault and robbery charges
A Uniontown man who police allege assaulted and robbed a man while walking near Bailey Park in Uniontown last month will stand trial.
Solomon Stevens, 18, was charged with robbery, simple assault, theft and receiving stolen property.
Stevens waived all charges against him to Fayette County Court during a preliminary hearing today before Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros
