By Josh Krysak jkrysak@heraldstandard.Com 1 min read

A Uniontown man who police say broke into four homes in the city – three of which he entered by forcing through air conditioner units – and stole items ranging from jewelry to medication will stand trial.

Donald Robert Dugan III, 29, of 54 W. Craig St. was charged with four counts each of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property and two counts of illegal drug possession following the burglaries in June and July.

Dugan waived all charges against him to Fayette County Court during a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros today.
