Uniontown men waive burglary charges

Two Uniontown men police allege broke into seven homes in North Union and South Union townships between Jan. 15 and Jan. 18 waived all charges against them to court today.

Dylan Ryan Maust, 20, 20 S. Gallatin Ave. and Daniel Richard Thomas, 18, of Connellsville Street were each charged before Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. with four counts each of burglary, theft, criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy.

Additionally, the men were charged before Magisterial District Judge Wendy D. Dennis with three counts each of the same charges.
