A Uniontown man is facing multiple charges after police allege he broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home and beat a man he encountered inside earlier this month.

Christopher Andrew Johnson, 31, was charged before Magisterial District Judge Wendy D. Dennis with burglary, criminal trespassing, terroristic threats, corruption of minors, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.

State police Trooper Brett Massafra said the incident occurred at 6:30 a.m. July 6 when Johnson spotted a vehicle outside of his ex-girlfriend’s home at 16 Taft St., North Union Township.
