Men to stand trial in assault
Two Fayette County men who police allege assaulted a Menallen Township business owner earlier this month will stand trial.
Michael Wayne Little Jr., 18, of Uniontown and Nathan Lee Beal, 22, of Dunbar were each charged with aggravated assault and related charges following the assault of Barry Faris outside of his business, Faris Carpet.
Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. held all charges against both men for Fayette County Court following a preliminary hearing held today.
