An article published Wednesday about candidates filing for races in the May 20 primary for the state Senate and House of Representatives contained several mistakes.
In the 46th Senatorial District, incumbent Democrat Tim Solobay of Canonsburg is running uncontested as is Republican Camera Bartolotta of Carroll Township. If they win their respective primaries, they will run against each other in the general election in the fall.

The article incorrectly stated the number of years state Sen. Richard A. Kasunic, D-Dunbar, has been in state Senate. He has served 20 years in the Senate and had served 12 years in the state House of Representatives.
