John O’Laughlin, who was in Fayette County Court Wednesday over a dispute about the opening of a veterinary clinic, said, “I want to do it right. It’s going to take a long time.”
The quote was incorrectly attributed to attorney Richard Bower, who represented another party in the hearing.
