State police accused a woman of stunning a man with an electronic device before two other people allegedly beat him up outside a bar in Perry Township.

Police allege that during a brief encounter between Mitchell Lee Davis and Richard Allen Grant around 3 a.m. March 21 in the bar’s parking lot, Bree Lynn Neil used an electronic incapacitation device on Davis.

When Davis fell to the ground, police said, Grant and Michael Lee Hartley allegedly began punching and kicking him in the face, head and body.

The complaint said Davis sustained a fractured jaw on both sides of his face and a broken nose, injuries which required subsequent surgeries to treat.

Grant, 23, of Brownsville; Hartley, 26, of California, and Neil, 25, of Star Junction were charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, simple assault, conspiracy to commit simple assault and harassment, according to court documents.

Neil was also charged with use/possession of an electronic incapacitation device. Grant and Neil were arraigned Wednesday and they are free on a $50,000 bond.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Hartley.
