Deborah Mae Bailey, 59, of Champion waived two counts of animal cruelty to Fayette County Court Wednesday. She allegedly abandoned a condemned house she rented and left two dogs behind. Her dogs were found deceased Aug. 13 at the house at 235 Hague Lane, South Union Township, police alleged. An incorrect address for the house was published in a story that ran Thursday.
