Robin Renaye Neighbors, 49, allegedly got into a fight with her boyfriend, James Irvin Hughes, before threatening to set the house on fire at 4856 Morgantown Rd. Wednesday, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

When police arrived, there was a gas can on the roof of the house and Neighbors had fled the scene.

They issued a warrant for her arrest.

She is charged with arson, attempted arson, endangering the welfare of children, and two counts each of simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct.
