Thomas Howell of Smithfield has not been charged with any wrongdoing associated with an incident on Friday at the Uniontown Shopping Center. A crime brief that ran in Sunday’s edition contained incorrect information.
Two stolen firearms were recovered as a result of a raid at a Uniontown home on South Grant Street, Monday. A shotgun was found under a bed at the home, and a revolver was found in the basement. An article that ran on Wednesday listed the incorrect number of guns taken from the home.
