Rev. David Rasmussen Applause
Great Bethel Baptist Church of Uniontown recently installed its new pastor, the Rev. David F. Rasmussen, at a special service on April 10.
A native of Michigan, Rasmussen is a graduate of Michigan State University and of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He was ordained to the Gospel ministry in 1983, in Fargo, North Dakota. He has served churches in Pennsylvania, California, Michigan, and North Dakota, and as a missionary in Indonesia. He served as Great Bethel蘑菇视频 interim pastor, beginning in December 2015. His ministry is focused on Biblical preaching and pastoral care.
Great Bethel Baptist Church is located at 47 West Fayette Street. Founded in 1770, it is Uniontown蘑菇视频 oldest church. Sunday worship is held at 11 a.m., with Sunday school at 10 am and Wednesday Bible study at 6:30 pm.
