Vehicle hits house in Uniontown

Police said a vehicle hit a house in Uniontown early Sunday after state police were attempting to stop the vehicle.

Police said the vehicle went off the roadway and hit the house at 42 John St. at about 2:16 a.m.

The front steps of the house appeared to be damaged Sunday evening.

No additional information was available Sunday.
