All six apartments are on the second floor of the building. A convenience store and a dance studio are on the first floor and the MasonĢƵ Valley Lodge 459 is located in the third floor, he said.

The lodge had some smoke damage. The store and studio had smoke and water damage, he said.

State police fire marshals were called to determine the cause of the fire, Corcoran said.
