Masontown park vandalized
Masontown police said the German-Masontown Park was vandalized and newly refurbished benches were stolen this week.
An eight-foot wooden table and a six-foot metal table was stolen from the North Water Street park, police said. Both tables were very heavy. A tennis net was cut and stolen.
Police said a seat and back from a bench was also removed at the beginning of the park access road.
