Children will learn about safety how to prevent accidents from happening, calling for help, basic life saving techniques and more. n Al-Anon Family Groups, 8 p.m. Wednesdays, Trinity Church basement, Fayette and Morgantown streets, Uniontown, and 7:30 p.m. Fridays, Christian Church, Pittsburgh Street, Connellsville. Events
n Uniontown Hospital radiation oncology open house, 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. May 17, Robert E. Eberly Pavilion, 51 Brewer Drive, Uniontown. It will showcase the latest radiation oncology technologies available to patients. No registration is required for the event.
