Two attempted homicide cases filed in Uniontown were dismissed after the victims in both cases refused to testify Tuesday.

Raymond Michael Foster, 32, and William Greenawalt Jr., 17, both of Uniontown, were scheduled to appear before Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros Tuesday afternoon for their preliminary hearings.

Foster allegedly shot Kevin Price in the throat after firing two to three rounds into a North Street home Aug. 30. The alleged victim is expected to make a full recovery, police said.

Greenawalt allegedly shot at a car with four occupants inside, including a toddler, on West Lenox Street on Aug. 23.

No injuries were reported.
